ORDERS

My Order will not go through

If you are having difficulty making a purchase please let us know ASAP!  Click here to contact us directly.

Do you collect sales tax?

A sales tax is added automatically based on the shipping address you provide for the order.

Do you sell wholesale?

If you are interested in purchasing wholesale quantities, please reach out to wholesale@addpinkandstir.com or place your order here through our wholesale partner Abound. No wholesale pricing will be offered for orders submitted through this online shop, even for wholesale quantities.

SHIPPING/RETURNS

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Any exceptions with be addressed in the individual product description. 

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund (excluding the cost of shipping) once we receive the items in their original condition and packaging. Used, opened or Final Sale/Clearance Items cannot be returned. Click here for our complete Refund Policy. 

PRODUCTS

How are your products printed?

All products are printed in our studio using Letterpress, Screenprint or Digital methods. Each product individually lists the method used to print in the description. 

Are all your products handmade?

Most of our products are handmade/handcrafted. A few of our products are digitally printed reproductions of LeeAnn's handcrafted designs. Printing methods are indicated in the individual product descriptions.

Do you print custom orders?

Yes we do and we are happy to work with you. Please visit our Custom page and fill out the form to start the conversation.

Are your products only available online?

Currently, our products are available online, and at regional Arts & Craft Markets. Additionally, we offer wholesale so If you know of a great shop or boutique that you think should carry our goods, please let us know and them know.
